LEGAL
TermsTerms & Conditions
These terms define the general use of DeviceFix.eu and the way service, B2B, network and cloud requests are initiated, reviewed and accepted.
1. Platform role
DeviceFix.eu is structured as a modular technical business platform for electronics diagnostics, repair intake, B2B cooperation, network services and cloud/hosting related work. Public pages are informational. A submitted request is not automatically accepted as a confirmed job.
2. Request acceptance
Any repair, diagnostics, B2B, network or cloud request is subject to technical review, availability, risk assessment and explicit acceptance. DeviceFix may refuse unsafe, illegal, incomplete, unrealistic or unsupported cases.
3. Estimates and approval
Prices, timelines and feasibility can only be confirmed after intake review and, where applicable, diagnostics. Repair or technical work requiring cost approval should not proceed without client acceptance.
4. Client responsibility
The client must provide accurate contact details, ownership or authorization confirmation, correct equipment information and truthful history of previous interventions, liquid exposure, software locks, data importance or business deadlines.
5. Data and credentials
Clients must back up data before handing over equipment whenever possible. Credentials should be temporary and shared only when necessary. DeviceFix does not request unrelated personal data and does not guarantee data preservation unless a specific data recovery scope is accepted.
6. Limits of liability
Electronics diagnostics and board-level work may reveal pre-existing faults, hidden damage, intermittent defects or irreversible failure. Liability is limited to the accepted work scope and does not cover indirect losses, business interruption, lost profit or data loss except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Module-specific terms
Additional rules apply to Service Terms, B2B Terms, Network Terms and Cloud Terms. If a module-specific term is more precise, that module-specific term applies to that service category.
8. Legal review
This operational template must be reviewed and adapted with final company information before launch.
