Cloud, backup and hosting operational terms

These terms protect both sides before working with domains, email, data, hosting accounts and servers.

• Access responsibilityClient must provide legitimate access to registrar, DNS, hosting, email or server accounts.
• Backup before changeMigration and server changes should not start without backup or rollback plan.
• No data guaranteeRecovery, migration and email restoration cannot be guaranteed when source data is damaged, incomplete or inaccessible.
• Third-party limitsProvider outages, registrar delays, DNS propagation and external blacklist issues are outside direct control.
• Approval requiredMajor changes, migrations, deletions, DNS switchovers and server resets require client approval.
