1. Confidential information

Confidential information includes technical documentation, board photos, client data, pricing, internal processes, credentials, diagnostics, repair methods, supplier information and business plans.

2. Obligations

• Use confidential information only for the agreed purpose.
• Do not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.
• Protect data with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
• Return or delete confidential information when no longer needed, where legally and technically possible.

3. Exclusions

Information is not confidential if it is publicly known, independently developed, lawfully received from another party, or required to be disclosed by law.

4. Duration
